Lobb Studio is an award-winning landscape and garden design company creating beautiful, innovative and inspirational outdoor spaces.

We are passionate about re-imagining and creating spaces that deepen our connection to nature and beauty, stimulating, inspiring and delighting those who experience them.

Our intuitive approach to design, combines intelligent-thinking and beautifully-crafted and sustainable ideas, resulting in bespoke, transformative and effective spaces.

Our studio is based in the glorious Test Valley in Hampshire. We work with private and commercial clients, including architects and property developers, in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and throughout the south-east, as well as consider projects further afield.

Lobb Studio works collaboratively with and other professionals such as architects, interior designers, planning consultants, engineers, craftsmen, landscapers and gardeners. We are accredited with the Society of Garden Designers giving you additional confidence in our ability to provide a professional and high-quality design.

Environmental considerations are always at the forefront of our design process, ensuring the environmental impact of our work is minimised and local biodiversity is improved with each project. Read more about our approach here.

Dan Lobb MSGD

Our Founder and Principal Designer, Dan Lobb is a landscape designer, sculptor and gardener. He has an intuitive approach to design and extensive experience in creating innovative and ecologically-considered designs – gardens, landscapes and sculpture. His background in fine art sculpture enables him to bring an instinctive and creative flair to each project; blending spatial design with his practical knowledge of horticulture.

Dan is a member of the Royal Horticultural Society’s (RHS) prestigious Show Judging Team, and a Registered Member the Society of Garden Designer’s (SGD).
